Village People

Years and years ago my mom started a little village under her Christmas tree. It isn't just any village though. Each piece has a story behind it about a member of our family. This makes it even that much more special to us!

We all love the little village, especially the grand kids. Amazingly enough the kids leave it alone too! Well, other than the train when Gram sits down with them and lets them operate it. My mom does so many fun traditions, it really makes it feel like Christmas when we are at her house.

When we all moved away my mom picked out houses for us. Ours is the blue house. Victor is there in his military uniform getting ready to embrace Conner, Ben (our dog) is in the yard, I am sitting on the front steps with my shopping bags (what me shopping? crazy!), Zack and Mason are on the side making snow angels, and we even have Victor's Jeep! We love our little house!
