Hams

These two crack me up. They keep the whole house laughing. It is a love/hate thing with them. They are either chasing each other and laughing, sharing a cute brotherly moment, or wrestling and tormenting the other one.

The boys and I went out to get the mail a few days ago and I almost stepped in dog poop in our front yard. Certainly wasn't poop from our dogs. They are never let out of the fenced yard and it was wayyy to small to have come from Ben or Bear. When I almost stepped in it I said out loud, "Oh damn dog!" We went in and I forgot about it until a few days later when we were all playing outside. I grabbed a shovel and scooped it and Zack says to me, "Oh you cleaning up damn dog poop Mom?" Aren't I a wonderful English teacher? Sad to say I couldn't blame that one on Victor.

Yesterday Zack came into my bathroom while I was getting ready and got out his toothbrush and told me, "Zay brush teeth Mommy. . . clean and shiny." I said, "OK. Let Mommy get your toothpaste on there for you." Then he puffs his breath into the air a couple of times and says, "Oh dog poo Mommy. Yuck!" I laughed and asked him, "Your breath smells like dog poo?" Zack says, "Oh yeah! Bad!" I got a kick out of my 2 year old caring so much about his dental hygiene.

Mason is all over the place and into everything. He is such a good little talker and does all of his animal noises so well. My favorite sounds he makes are the ones for a horse, snake, and his fish face. It is so cute.

Both Zack and Mace are obsessed with football. They get into the down motion and do set, hike to each other. Whenever they see the BSU bronco logo they get excited and yell "Football!". Zack will say, "Boise!" and then Mace will say, "State!".

The boys are all so fun. They are growing up to fast.

Football, Football, More Football. . . and Casey!

Conner is three games into the season and has 2 wins 1 loss. He seems to having a blast and really enjoying the season. Practice five days a week, games on the weekend, scouts, and school have been keeping us running.

Conner is right there to get this guy! (Conner is in white #31).

My little #31 threw up an awesome block!

A great tackle by Conner!
These two are hilarious. I refuse to get a double stroller, they are just huge and can't go anywhere. Plus, I am lucky enough that usually when I need stroller Victor is with me so we can each handle one. When we take two strollers to the game neither Zack or Mace has anything to do with them, however, when we think we will be OK and just take one. . that is a whole other story! They fight and fight over who gets to be in it. For a brief second we can convince them that they can share it, but that second really is brief!

So happy to share.

A little later. . . not so happy to share. Zack is trying to push Mace out.

Mason throwing up his "touchdown" arms. The boys love football. It is so cute!

We convinced Casey, one Victor's BEST high school buddies, to hop on a flight and come up for a visit and go to the BSU game with us! We had been looking forward to seeing him and were all so excited to have him come stay. We definitely missed Akiko and Hiro, but are hoping they will all come back up soon!

Casey treated us to his favorite restaurant, one Vic and I have never been to, Tucano's. I think we all gained five pounds that night and rolled ourselves to the car!

Just like high school! OK, a little different. Seriously, A LOT different!

We made sure to drag Casey to one of our favorite game day activities, tailgating! Lots of food and football just can't go wrong. Our friends Jason and Noelle also had tickets to the game and joined us. I love being surrounded by people we love!

Thanks again for coming to see us Casey! We hope you had a good time and will come back soon with your cute family!
PS- Those of you who are fans, Man vs Food Boise episode is set to air October 14th.

BRONCO NATION

The most wonderful time of the year, college football! More importantly, Boise State football. We splurged and bought season tickets this year. We are so excited! We are always going to the games, it just made sense.

This was the first year that I didn't have a friend on the team. It was always fun to take Conner and have them call his name out from the blue turf and wave to him. However, I think we will survive and still have a great time.

Conner tailgating.
Our first game was against the Oregon Ducks and was a pretty good one! We were all so excited to get there and start tailgating. I am sure the after game headlines are bigger than the actual game events. What took place when the clock ran out was very entertaining and the crowd was "booing" so loud I think people in SLC could hear us.
Victor and his buddy Jeff (in the white to the left) celebrating a touchdown.
There were over 34,000 people in attendance last night. They had a military fly over, fireworks, and a spray plane. It was so loud and utterly crazy. Conner was so cute. He gets excited but embarrassed to show it. A few of the other kids in our section quickly adopted him and called him "little guy". The kids all rush to the sideline (when the rules allow them to) and the boys would scoot over and tell everyone to make room for the little guy. Cute!
The "little guy" and all of his new found BSU fan friends.
Stadium to our left. . .
Stadium to our right.
Final score: Us 19 The Ducks 8

Anyway. . . good times and we are looking forward to an awesome season. I will leave you with a few very enthusiastic BSU fans. Go BSU!!!!!!
