Ohhhh my little Mason. He keeps me on my toes even in his sleep.
I check on the boys every night right before I go to bed. I don't know why I do, but it is comforting to me to make sure they are snug in their bed and covered with their blankets.
Recently I went in to check on Mason and he was no where to be found! My heart was racing so fast wondering where on earth he could be. I knew when I shut that door that it DID NOT open again until I went in to check in on him and I also heard nothing out of the ordinary on his monitor. I was seriously having the biggest panic attack I think I have had!
As my heart is racing so fast it is about to jump out of my chest and wild thoughts are going through my mind, I happen to look down and there poking out from under the bed is a tiny little foot. . . . that just happens to belong to Mason!
And this is what I have found him like the past few nights, under his bed snuggled with his little blankie he calls his "nie". At least now I know right where to look!

Oh my goodness! I had a heart attack when I saw the title to this post!
What an awful feeling! I'm glad he's safe, sound, AND found!
We always check on the girls right before bed as well! I would have been totally freaked! Glad he was ok and sleeping soundly!!!!
That happend to us when Josh was little. We were at a cabin with family and couldn't find him anywhere! He was under the bed! Scary!!
Oh, heart beat still. I would have panicked as well. What an innocent little boy. The picture is so sweet.
what a little cutie asleep under his bed
That is a mother thing to check on your children before going to bed. Wow, I would have had an attack too. I thought maybe you were going to find him in bed with Zachary. Such a cute picture, how innocent.
