Family Christmas Shopping Night

Family shopping night 2009.

We have the Christmas tradition of taking the kids to dinner, to the store to pick out gifts for each other, and then to see Christmas lights. The boys were sooooo excited about it this year and so cute! Zack would ask everyone, "What you want Christmas?"

They ran all over the store trying to decide on a perfect gift for one another. When we left the store Zack just couldn't stand it anymore and yelled out to Conner, "We got you a cool cool Lego set Conner!" (And that is exactly what he got him! ha ha).

We found an amazing house that had their Christmas lights set to Christmas music. We all loved it and the boys keep asking when we can go back and see the "music light house". We were also lucky enough to have my Mom and Dad here with us this weekend. Adding fuel to the excitement in our house is spending time with Gram and Poppa!

It all makes me realize how blessed we really are to have such great friends and family, awesome jobs, and the health and happiness of our kids. Victor comes home with the saddest stories from work and you just never know what life is going to give you. It takes the smallest moments to really put life into perspective.

Merry Christmas everyone!
